Yellow Balloon Tour signs long-term partnership with Saber


South Korean travel agency Yellow Balloon Tour has partnered with Saber Corporation to accelerate its growth in the online space.

The two companies announced a new long-term agreement for Saber’s Saber Red 360 interface and Saber API to create travelers’ journeys.

Yellow Balloon Tour makes Saber the preferred Global Distribution System (GDS) for booking and serving leading airlines, hotels and other travel content, including NDC offers.

The Seoul-based travel agency is also working to increase its presence in the online marketplace through Saber’s API.

“We have to work with travel technology partners who can help us create value for our customers,” said Kim Jin Kook, CEO of Yellow Balloon Tour.

“Sabre’s technology will help us create the travel our customers want.”

Saber Red 360 provides a customizable user experience that enables travel advisors to create personalized offers.

“As South Korea continues to recover, we are pleased with this new phase of our partnership,” said Brett Thorstad, Vice President, Asia Pacific, Saber Travel Solutions.
