Yantai is located in the east of Shandong Peninsula. It was born because of the sea, thrived because of the port, and has a long-standing marine culture. The legend of the eight hermits crossing the sea is well known. Yantai’s folk culture is rich and colorful, and Yantai paper-cutting, Haiyang Yangko, Yudeng, etc. have been listed as national intangible cultural heritage. The Yantai exhibition area of ​​this event takes the “Eight Immortals” cartoon IP as the theme, and realizes the organic combination of traditional culture and fashion design with rich exhibits and cute images. In order to introduce Yantai’s rich intangible cultural heritage resources, unique artistic charm and profound cultural connotation to different levels of Hong Kong, it is presented in various forms such as photos, texts and objects.
