Akshay Kumar and Vaani Kapoor’s upcoming movie has been creating a buzz among audiences for days. Yesterday, the producers released the song “Marjaawaan,” in which the main cast have some soulful romance. However, the song’s poster now has producers in a bind.

This poster of Vaani and Akshay sharing an intimate moment outside the train door has been accused of copying a photo of a travel influencer from Sri Lanka. To prove the point, Instagram page Diet Sabya compared a photo of travel blogger Camille to a song poster.

However, netizens began to wonder if the gesture was also copyrighted. “Didn’t know this constituted mei bhi copyright hota h!! Har kch post daal do..like toh mil hi jayenge!! A cheesy post! (sic),” one user commented. “Pose pe kisi ka copyright ni hota aur btw these two poses are totally different (sic),” another user commented.

However, train romance has become a fad for photography enthusiasts. Here are a few examples when duplicating poses.
