Judging is underway for the FAB Awards, which will be announced at the 2023 Airport Food & Beverage (FAB) + Hospitality Conference & Awards Dinner at the Millennium Hilton Bangkok on 13 September.
According to reports, Airports of Thailand Public Company Limited (AOT) is the dinner partner.

COCA & Mango Tree Restaurants Worldwide will host an exciting cooking competition between its CEO and Chairman, bringing an exciting fusion of Thai and international flavors to the event pitaya and Diana Chen, 2017 Australian Chef and MasterChef winner.
Cooking competition will be hosted by COCA & Mango Tree COO Nathalie Panfenthofon and Managing Director trevor mackenzie.
Diana Chan is a member of the FAB Awards judging panel. She will also be speaking at the conference, sharing insights on the role of food in travel.
Additionally, Chan will be a part of the perennially popular FAB Women’s panel, which will discuss the topic of female leadership and the importance of diversity and inclusion within the industry.
