We also released further details of the program today with SSP Asia Pacific HR Director Petty Wong and Omar Alettinoglu The founder and CEO of the acclaimed airport hospitality concept Kepler Club (and the subject of a recent interview with Moodie Davitt) joins the stellar line-up of speakers.

Jess Allerton, Director of Research, Moodie Davitt Report, will be working with Chief Product Officer and Co-Founder of tRetail Labs Sohina Shenkut To present the preliminary highlights of a comprehensive study on the Airport Food and Beverages market.
Judging is underway for the FAB Awards, which will be announced at the 2023 Airport Food & Beverage (FAB) + Hospitality Conference & Awards Dinner at the Millennium Hilton Bangkok on 13 September.
According to reports, Airports of Thailand Public Company Limited (AOT) is the dinner partner.

COCA & Mango Tree Restaurants Worldwide will host an exciting cooking competition between its CEO and Chairman, bringing an exciting fusion of Thai and international flavors to the event pitaya and Diana Chen, 2017 Australian Chef and MasterChef winner.
Cooking competition will be hosted by COCA & Mango Tree COO Nathalie Panfenthorfon and Managing Director trevor mackenzie.
Diana Chan was part of the FAB Awards judging panel. She will also be speaking at the conference, sharing insights on the role of food in travel.
Additionally, Chan will be a part of the perennially popular FAB Women’s panel, which will discuss the topic of female leadership and the importance of diversity and inclusion within the industry.
