The scheduled lineup for TTM+ 2023 includes the opening ceremony, Thailand tourism product updates, TTM talks for buyers and media, on-site appointment sessions, welcome reception, and product updates for the Greater Mekong Subregion.

Participants can also look forward to buyer-seller dates as well as networking lunches and business networking happy hours.

There are also three pre-tour programs on May 30-31 and six post-tour programs on June 3-5. The tour program centers on meaningful travel, emphasizing experience-driven tourism activities, and demonstrating the 5F soft power foundation of the Kingdom of Thai Cultural Values Food, Movies, Festivals, Combat and Fashion.

In addition, TAT will also host the Amazing Thailand Culinary City event together with TTM+ 2023 on the same date and at the same venue.

Building on its excellent record
Last year’s event in Phuket recorded high levels of attendee satisfaction with the quality and variety of the event, as well as the business received.

The two-day buyer-seller appointment generated about 8,000 business appointments and generated about 1.29 billion baht ($38 million) in revenue for the Thai economy.

Since TTM+ was held in Phuket for the first time last year, 277 buyers from 42 countries and international media had the opportunity to see the many new tourism offerings emerging there and in other parts of Thailand post-lockdown, as well as the kingdom’s readiness to welcome international visitors under the new normal .

First held in 2001, TTM+ has gained a strong reputation in source markets around the world and in Thailand’s tourism industry as a “must-attend” event on the travel industry calendar.

Since its launch, the event has been held annually primarily in Bangkok, before moving to Chiang Mai in 2016-17, Pattaya in 2018-19 and Phuket in 2022 as part of TAT’s strategy to promote provincial destinations.
