As a sweetener, they will distribute relief payments of NT$5,000 (US$165) to 500,000 individual travelers. Subsidies of up to NT$20,000 (US$658) will also be provided to 90,000 tour groups. Transport Minister Wang Guocai said on Wednesday that the cash subsidies would be distributed digitally. Tourists will be able to use it to pay for their stay in Taiwan, including accommodation, according to CNN.

How do Indian passport holders apply?
