Spirit Sanctuary, Bhutan – Travel Weekly

Spirit Sanctuary, Bhutan – Travel Weekly

Spirit Sanctuary is located high up in the beautiful Neyphu Valley in Paro, where the beauty, peace and tranquility will immediately overwhelm you.

Architecturally it is elegant and simple, with open spaces, stunning views and lovely seating areas.

The resort is designed to cater and nurture all your needs in one place. It has everything you need to rejuvenate.

On arrival, we headed straight to the spa, where we consulted with the resident traditional doctor for a recommended treatment plan during our stay. This is something that all guests are offered and we highly recommend.

He pinpointed our ailments with great accuracy (all related to our pulse) and recommended an amazing full body massage, moxibustion and herbal tea for the rest of the day. Then rest in the comfort of our open rooms before enjoying dinner. There is really no need to go anywhere!

The check-in process was effortless, more like a welcome ceremony for the staff and management.
