“Cantaloupe Shaved Ice” is a summer dessert where you can enjoy fresh shaved ice of melon cut in half, and the hotel’s signature 100% cantaloupe juice frozen and sliced. There are many menus. Once shaved, the shaved ice is cooled and hardened again in the freezer, resulting in a crunchy texture.

Not only can you eat a whole cantaloupe almost the size of one, but the combination of toppings like coconut flakes, rich Jersey milk ice cream, chewy black tapioca and rich almond tofu hollowed out the center is the end result. A gem that will entertain you.

This year, we covered it in white chocolate to make it look photogenic, like you could see through it. Use it to create summer memories with your friends and family around cool summer candies.
