The Philippine government has expanded its electronic travel system, requiring more travelers to register when entering and leaving the country.

- From April 15, all air and sea passengers, including crew members, must pass through this website.
- Inbound travelers must check in within 72 hours of their scheduled arrival time.
- Outbound passengers must check in within 72 hours, but no later than 3 hours before the scheduled departure time.
- Effective May 1, Philippine authorities will no longer accept paper arrival and departure cards.
