In 2004, Pasona Group established “Pasona Tech Vietnam Co., Ltd.” in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam, specializing in providing comprehensive human resources services in the IT field. Currently, we have 5 bases in Vietnam, mainly developing services for local Japanese companies. In 2019, Pasona Group and Da Nang City signed an MOU (Memorandum of Understanding) on ”Supporting Japanese companies to enter the market, human resources development/employment support, tourism promotion support” to promote business exchanges.
Pasona DX Hub Da Nang is a new base opened by Pasona Group, mainly aimed at providing BPO services in the digital field and cultivating highly skilled digital human resources. Located in the center of Da Nang, a core city in central Vietnam and a resort area rich in natural resources, there will be 200 seats on the first to fourth floors. We will provide an open and comfortable work space and opportunities to work on DX/BPO projects of various companies including Japanese companies, and promote the recruitment and training of engineers.
Through the opening of this facility, Pasona Group will further strengthen cooperation with Da Nang City, contribute to the promotion of corporate DX, and support the activities of IT engineers in Vietnam.
