Mr. Masayuki Okuda, owner and chef of Al-Checciano, a restaurant active in Tsuruoka, a UNESCO Capital of Creative Gastronomy Culture, will hold a special event in Singapore on Saturday, March 18. Mr. Okuda will be honored by the authoritative French restaurant guide ” Gault Millau 2023 Grand Prix Terroir. This is the first project after winning the award.

Itadakimasu by PARCO brings Japanese cuisine to Singapore with the concept of “Enjoy the taste of Japan every day”, and it is very important that “Japanese traditional Japanese food culture” is listed as an intangible cultural heritage by UNESCO.
