So Mr Morris googled “world’s most dangerous airline” and found Jakarta-based Lion Air, which has an average rating of 3 out of 10 based on customer reviews on Skytrax.

Singaporeans reminisce about their good times on the eve of The Cathay’s closure after a 1.5-year renovation
SINGAPORE: For the first time in 20 years, it was announced earlier this year that the Cathay Hotel, one of the country’s landmarks, would close for a year and a half for a major renovation.
After 83 years of closing its cinemas on June 27, 2022, Cathay’s tenants have been told they need to close their doors by August 18. But this building seems to be deeply embedded in many people’s youthful memories.

Red Dot United proposes abolishing elected presidents and exploring mechanisms to protect reserves
SINGAPORE — As Singaporeans prepare to vote for a ninth president on Sept. 1, the opposition Red Dot United Party has taken a bold stance advocating the abolition of the elected president and restoration of its ceremonial role.
The Red Dot coalition put forward a proposal to abolish the elected president and called for the creation of a constitutional council. The committee will conduct a comprehensive study on the establishment of an independent mechanism for the effective protection of national reserves.

In addition to sharing photos and videos of Mr. Wu, Ms. He, who appears to be a longtime Facebook user, has also made it clear that she has a good impression of Mr. Wu. When he first ran, she praised Mr Tharman for doing so, despite his popularity.
