Man dies in Hyderabad with open car door leading to bicycle accident | Hyderabad News

Hyderabad: The act of opening the door of a taxi passenger in Bachupally inadvertently led to the death of a 46-year-old public school teacher on Sunday as he fell from the bike he was riding after making contact with the door and was killed. An approaching truck runs over.
P Pentagram Borrowed a bike from his friend to take his 12-year-old son P Sri Charan for inspection madharpur when he was involved in a tragic accident around 3pm. Pentaiah’s bike crashed into the front door of the car and both father and son fell to the road. Bachupally police said Pentaiah was crushed under the wheel of a passing truck while Charan suffered a knee injury.

Locals took them to a hospital in Nizampet, where Pentaiah was pronounced dead. Charan was out of danger. According to a complaint lodged by Pentaiah’s wife Nagarani, the police filed a case under the IPC Section Causing Death by Reckless or Negligent Acts (304-A) against taxi driver P Suresh for negligently parking his car at the side of the road.
Passenger A Plutavi, a worker at a private company, was charged under Sections 304-A and 337 (Injury by Reckless or Negligent Act) for inadvertently opening the right side door. “We have arrested the accused and they have been remanded in custody,” Deputy Inspector Bachupally said. When the father and son duo passed the intersection in Kakatiya Hills pragatinagar Near Bachupally, Pruthvi got out of the car and opened the door suddenly. Pentaiah was caught off guard and fell off the bike.Police said Pentaiah was Madak Charan is studying eighth grade at a private school in Kompally. On Sunday afternoon, Pentaiah borrowed a bicycle from a friend and came to Kompally to take his son to Madhapur for the exam.
