The inaugural Japan Travel Fair will be held in Sydney on 4-5 February, bringing together 20 specialist Japanese tour operators and businesses for a weekend of special events designed to help Sydneysiders traveling to Japan plan their next trip Journey to the Land of the Rising Sun.
Taking over the Grand Ballroom at Sydney’s Luna Park, the free event offers visitors a chance to learn more about what Japan has to offer.

In addition to getting the latest Japanese travel ideas and itineraries, some cultural workshops and performances will also allow visitors to experience what to expect in Japan. If you’re lucky, you might even win a trip. Tourists have the opportunity to purchase flights for two to and from Japan (offered by ANA and Japan Airlines) by simply showing up and completing a short survey.
Exhibitors will include accommodation providers, Club Med and Hoshino Resorts TOMAMU, as well as transportation and tourism bureaus including FUJI KYUKO Co. Ltd, Kuroishi City (Aomori), Okinawa Tourism Bureau and Oita/Kyushu Tourism Bureau.
