Dreaming of Japan? For many Filipinos, this is just a distant wish. Starting in July, though, that dream can become a reality.

Japan has become the most searched destination for Filipinos this year, according to the latest data from Google Flights. Now you can visit Japan and explore top tourist cities like Tokyo, Osaka, Kyoto and many more, as ZipAir has announced an attractive fare promotion for the Philippine market with new low-cost air tickets.

Starting July 1, 2023, ZipAir will launch a new route connecting Narita and Manila. The new service will be the eighth Narita-based service and marks the airline’s third destination in Southeast Asia, joining popular cities such as Bangkok and Singapore.

ZipAir will soon bring Filipino passengers to Japan.

Standard fares from Manila International Airport (MNL) to Narita International Airport (NRT) are as low as $105, or just under P6,000, according to the ZipAir website.

Combined with the fare, the airline only allows a seven-kilo carry-on allowance. Airport fees, handling fees, taxes, checked baggage, meals on board, etc. are also charged separately.

Part of the fare is a seven-kilo carry-on baggage allowance.

Meanwhile, a one-way ticket from NRT back to MNL is only 11,000 yen, or about P4,400.

Planetyze, Japan’s largest travel guide, says these are some of the must-see spots in Narita: Naritasan Shinshoji Temple and Omotesando; Sakura no Yama Park; Katori Shrine; Boso no Mura Open Air Museum; and the National Museum of Japanese History. These and many more destinations are available once you arrive in Japan with ZipAir.
