Bangkok, Thailand— Yes. You read that right. Noodle dancing is one thing. Haidilao held its first international noodle dance competition at Central World on August 25, 2023.
Haidilao is famous for its delicious hot pot and fun “jumping noodles” entertainment. If you haven’t been to this legendary Sichuan restaurant, the staff here have the funniest way of stretching the noodles until they are tender.

It has become such a popular attraction with customers that there is competition based on it in China. Now, it has expanded internationally, with the first Noodle Arena set to be in Bangkok, Thailand.
The Haidilao All-Star Championship was held at Central World Shopping Centre, one of the most popular shopping malls in Bangkok, and featured contestants from 12 countries. Participants from all over the world demonstrated their virtuosity.
Haidilao is an international hot pot restaurant chain that originated in Sichuan, China. They are popular for their delicious soup bases such as malatang, malatang, tomato, tom yum and many more. There are five branches around Bangkok: Central World, Central Plaza Grand Rama IX, Central Pinklao, Central Rama III and Central Rama II.
