TAIPEI (Taiwan News) — In-N-Out Burger, a famous American West Coast burger chain, will hold a one-day promotion in Taipei on Tuesday (June 13) to launch its famous burger.
On May 27, In-N-Out Burger announced on its Facebook page that the fast food chain’s burger will be available at a restaurant in Taipei City’s Zhongshan District. Three burgers will be offered, but supplies are limited.
Tuesday will be the first time In-N-Out Burger will offer burgers in Taiwan in five years. This time, the burger will be served at the Italian restaurant Osteria by Angie for a one-day “pop-up” event.
The menu for the day will include the restaurant’s signature “Double-Double,” “Protein-Style” and “Animal-Style” burgers, ETtoday reported.Burgers will be served on a first-come, first-served basis from 11am to 3pm
Since its founding in 1948, In-N-Out Burger has more than 300 locations primarily in California and the Southwestern states. The restaurant is a popular spot for Taiwanese tourists visiting the West Coast, and Taiwanese director Ang Lee was photographed enjoying an In-N-Out meal after winning four Oscars in 2013 for his film Life of Pi . awards.
