kowloon city

Known locally as “Little Thailand”, Kowloon City is considered the trendiest urban area in Hong Kong, with plenty to keep you entertained. Stretching from the harbor to Lion Rock Country Park, this block is full of creative space.

We love the city’s art galleries, street theater performances and family-run restaurants. But the Kowloon City wet market, one of the largest in Hong Kong, was the highlight of the day.

There are several good beachfront hotels where you can get a good rest after a day of walking and sightseeing.

Lantau Island

Verdant green hills and white sand hills harbor historic monuments and nature reserves in Hong Kong’s New Territories. Lantau Island is the largest and most developed island among the outlying islands of the New Territories.

The huge bronze Buddha statue known as the Tian Tan Buddha is located here, and it is one of the main tourist attractions. But you can also stay at a Disneyland-themed hotel. With room names like the Cinderella Suite and iconic Disney themes everywhere, this is a Disney fan’s dream!

Hong Kong Island

There are many hotels on Hong Kong Island, ranging from quirky boutique hotels to luxurious five-star hotels.

Victoria Peak, known locally as Victoria Peak, is located on the western half of Hong Kong Island. At over 1,800 feet above sea level, it is the highest point on the island. From here you can enjoy stunning views of Hong Kong.

With a variety of street markets selling souvenirs, local crafts and delicious street food, you’ll want to stay out late and soak up the local culture.
