InterContinental Hotels & Resorts’ hotel signings peaked this year, with half of them in Southeast Asia. With openings last year in Ho Tram, Vietnam, Cebu, Philippines, Koh Samui, Thailand and Krabi, IHG is seeing growing interest from landlords in other destinations. So far, 33 Holiday Inn hotels and resorts are opening in Southeast Asia, and 26 more are under construction.
