By conducting validation in Phase 6, Dhaman clearly demonstrated its continued commitment to improving patient safety and the overall quality of clinical care through the effective use and deployment of electronic medical record technology.

This important milestone is in line with Dhaman’s quest to realize one of the pillars of Kuwait’s National Development Plan (New Kuwait 2035), which aims to provide the highest quality healthcare.

Looking back on the visit, the HIMSS surveyors appreciated Dhaman’s team for:

With its unified clinical and revenue cycle management capabilities, TrakCare enables Dhaman’s staff to view patient clinical, administrative and financial information at any time, providing easy access to streamline the patient experience and hospital operations.

TrakCare also supports Dhaman’s goal of becoming Kuwait’s leading provider of quality comprehensive healthcare services.

Dhaman is creating an integrated healthcare network that includes a Medicare insurance plan and a network of primary healthcare centers and hospitals throughout Kuwait, and is committed to adopting best professional practices to ensure healthcare is sustainable and in accordance with international standards Invest in health sector infrastructure.
