Emirates codeshares with Batik Air


DUBAI, UAE, 28th October 2022: Emirates recently launched a codeshare partnership with Batik Air, offering 25 Indonesian points with a one-ticket-one-bag policy, expanding choice and connectivity options for its customers .

Under the newly activated agreement, Emirates has placed its code on Batik Air for flights to Balikpapan (BPN), Denpasar (DPS), Medan (KNO), Manado (MDC), Padang (PDG) via Jakarta. ), Surakarta (SOC), Surabaya (SUB) and Makassar (UPG). In addition, through the interline agreement, Emirates customers can also easily access 17 other domestic points in Indonesia via Jakarta and Denpasar, traveling to cities such as Seaside (LOP), Semarang (SRG), Sorong (SOQ) and more.

Tickets can be booked at www.emirates.com, Online Travel Agents (OTAs) and travel agencies.

Emirates has served Indonesia for over 30 years, having first flown to Jakarta in 1992. The airline continues to contribute to the recovery and growth of Indonesia’s tourism and trade sectors, transporting international tourists and business travelers, and transporting vital air cargo to and from global markets. Earlier this year, Emirates launched a codeshare agreement with Indonesian national carrier Garuda, allowing its customers to visit eight domestic points in Indonesia outside of Jakarta and Bali.
