JR West will install “Ekiben Vending Machines” at Osaka Station (Umekita area), which opened on March 18. A device will be installed near the escalators at platforms 21 and 22 inside the ticket gates to improve convenience for train passengers.

The vending machines are locker-type, deliver goods around 7:00 in the morning, and sell until 22:00. We plan to deliver ekiben from the Kansai area, such as “Anago-meshi”, and the products we sell will vary from day to day. The payment method is cashless payment, and transportation IC cards and credit cards can be used when opening.
