Dubai Chamber organizes ‘UAE Employment Law Seminar’


Dubai – The Dubai Chamber of Commerce and law firm Trowers & Hamlins LLP recently organized a Seminar on UAE Employment Law to ensure members are kept abreast of the latest changes in employment law governing employment relationships.

Held at the Dubai Chamber’s headquarters for 130 participants, the half-day workshop provided an interactive platform to examine key issues, highlight significant changes and identify new requirements – information critical for businesses operating in the UAE .

The latest Employment Law has made major changes to employment contract types, trial period, family leave entitlement, equality and non-discrimination, termination of employment relationship and service termination entitlement.
