DTACのSIMカード、GO INTERをベトナムで使ってみました | アジアトラベルノート

I use the prepaid SIM card GO INTER launched by Thailand DTAC in Vietnam for overseas markets.

This time, GO INTER was purchased at the DTAC official store on the arrival floor (2nd floor) of Suvarnabhumi Airport in Bangkok.

Most travelers buy domestic SIM cards at this store, so don’t forget to say “Go Inter” in advance to avoid confusion. The ticket price is 399 baht (about 1,400 yen). At the airport shop you have to subscribe to the 349 baht plan for 50 baht for the SIM itself.

In addition, DTAC also has a booth on the departure floor (4th floor). Because of its location, it mainly sells GO INTER, so I think everyone can understand it at a glance.

The package contents are as follows.

Nice that it even comes with a SIM removal pin and a case. Also, while this is for a limited time, a discount code for ride-hailing app GRAB is included.

This time in Vietnam, I only used it in Ho Chi Minh City (Tan Son Nhat Airport and the center of District 1), but the communication speed is around 10Mbps from the beginning to the end, which is quite satisfactory.

Also, GO INTER is available in Japan and the telecom operator is NTT DoCoMo.

SIM2FLY is overwhelmingly famous for overseas SIM cards in Thailand, but if you travel to several countries in Southeast Asia including Vietnam, GO INTER is more profitable because you only need one card. I think.
