*Indirect interest held through CUC SINGAPORE PTE.LTD. (wholly owned subsidiary of CUC).

■ The purpose of setting up the joint venture company

Founded in 2006, MCH is a dialysis facility operation and management service company that operates and manages dialysis clinics and dialysis facilities within hospitals. As of February 2023, there are 46 dialysis facilities operating and managing in Indonesia.

On the other hand, CUC was established in 2014 with the mission of “Health creates hope”. In 2019, we began to support the management of dialysis facilities in Indonesia (mainly the capital Jakarta) by utilizing the expertise and experience accumulated in Japan, contributing to the country’s medical system and healthcare market.

With the establishment of CCH, CUC will greatly expand its support to dialysis facilities across Indonesia and contribute to the treatment of the growing number of patients with end-stage renal disease in the country. In addition, CUC will develop its business by utilizing its knowledge of dialysis facility management support cultivated in Japan and MCH’s network, etc., in order to provide high-quality treatment through dialysis facility management support.

■ Future Outlook

Through the growth of the CCH business, we plan to work towards cheaper, higher-quality dialysis treatment.

In order to realize the mission of “creating hope through medical care”, we will continue to work on further business expansion and actively work on solving medical problems in Indonesia.
