Ingredients for Falafel Cheese Batter
1 cup chickpeas
1-2 green chilies
1 inch ginger
4 cloves of garlic
juice of 1 lemon
1 bunch coriander leaves
1 tsp salt
2 tbsp gram flour
1 cup of water
little cooking oil
How to make
To make falafel cheese, first soak chickpeas in 3-4 cups of water overnight. The next morning, drain the chickpeas and place them in a blender with the green chilies, cilantro, salt, ginger, garlic, lemon juice, and gram flour. Mix everything until you have a thick and smooth batter.
