Cebu Pacific lauds top travel agency

Cebu Pacific held its 17th annual Eagle Wing Awards from 2019 to recognize the best performing travel agencies in the Philippines and the Asia-Pacific region.

A total of 62 institutions from CEB’s local and international stations were awarded Eagle Wings during the three-day event held at Modara Beach Resort, Panglao, Bohol, from March 21 to 23, 2023.

The Eagle Wings Awards are held annually to recognize CEB’s top domestic and international producers in ticket sales and their contribution to the airline’s overall success. The leading travel agency winner was Manila-based Via Philippines Travel Corp. as the airline’s top-selling producer in 2022, followed by GI Philippines Corp., Universal Storefront Services, Ticket1 Travel and TheAtlas Pte.limited company

Rounding out the list were Beijing Shuozoujiuzou Technology Co. Ltd., Pinoy Tourism LLC., Beijing Daran Aviation Service Co. Ltd., Tabeer Tourism LLC. and Nam Thanh Travel Joint Stock.

According to the Top Importers Report 2022 released by the Zamboanga Customs Bureau, SEAOIL continues to top the list of importers in the Zamboanga Peninsula.

For three consecutive years, SEAOIL has been the largest importer in Zamboanga Port. In 2022, the company brought in nearly 10 billion pesos in import revenue, nearly doubling from the total of more than 5 billion pesos in 2021.

SEAOIL was named the largest importer in 2022 by the Zamboanga Customs Bureau for its nearly P10 billion import revenue contribution.

SEAOIL has more than 25 gas stations operating in the Zamboanga peninsula alone, and more will open this year. The fuel supplier also plans to open a petrol station in Zamboanga City’s Zamboanga Economic Zone in early 2024.

Petron to co-organize Manila International Auto Show 2023

Industry leader PETRON Corporation hosted the Manila International Auto Show (MIAS), one of the most anticipated events for auto enthusiasts, from April 13-16 at the World Trade Center in Manila.
