MANILA – Celebrity couple Bea Alonzo and Dominic Roque took a short getaway to Singapore last weekend to mark their recent engagement and the actor’s birthday.
Alonzo posted glimpses of their brief vacation on social media, capturing their affection for each other at this stage.
“Snack trip to Singapore with @domincroque. We celebrated his birthday and our recent engagement,” the actress wrote in her post.
Alonzo mentioned that they rushed to the airport on Saturday and barely caught their flight because they had just returned from a party.
Describing the vacation, Alonzo said: “Our trip was short but one of the most memorable. Check out the clip of him ironing my clothes, ganyan po sya magmahal.”
In the past, Roque has admitted to being infatuated with Alonzo since he first met him in 2016. At the time, Alonzo thought Roque was too young for her.
They remained friends until, in late 2019, when they traveled to Japan, she began to see Roque in a different light.
In April 2021, Alonzo confirmed that she was dating Roque. The celebrity couple celebrated their second wedding anniversary on January 28 last year.
The two got engaged on July 18.
