10 Asian countries that offer visa-on-arrival to Indians
Indian passport holders can opt for a Cambodia visa on arrival or apply for a visa before travelling. A visa on arrival allows you to stay in the country for a maximum of 30 days. You will need your passport, proof of hotel booking and return air ticket, and a passport-sized photo to obtain a visa upon arrival. However, travel agents recommend that you apply for a visa before traveling to avoid long queues at the airport.
Laos
Laos visa on arrival is valid for 30 days and can be processed at Wattay International Airport, Luang Prabang International Airport, Pakse International Airport and Savannakhet International Airport. You will need a valid Indian passport, return ticket, proof of accommodation during your visit, and travel itinerary.
Vietnam
Indians traveling to Vietnam can apply for a visa on arrival online and collect the visa at one of Vietnam’s participating international airports, including Hanoi, Da Nang, Ho Chi Minh City and Nha Trang. You need a passport with blank pages, valid for at least six months, and a passport-sized photo. You can choose between one-month multiple-entry visa, three-month multiple-entry visa and three-month single-entry visa.
